21 Feb Bmajor (aka 714 S. Bancroft) Under Contract!

We are elated to announce Bmajor has gone under contract. This takes the number of pre-sales to four out of the six we are building and leaves only three homes left (two in the new phase, plus the model home). In addition, we had a good turnout at our open house yesterday and overall interest remains strong. As always, we remain grateful to all of our buyers for believing in us and helping us realize our dream of building high-end sustainable homes.
