16 Jul LEED Platinum

Yesterday, we met with our LEED certifiers to start the process of obtaining LEED accreditation for the new homes. It was a fascinating exercise and took the better part of a day. The good news that came out of the meeting is that our project is currently estimated to achieve the LEED Platinum rating, which is their highest level. It will take a lot of diligence on everyone’s part to make sure this becomes a reality, but this preliminary rating really made our day.
