12 Jul Updates including new Bmajor layout

It’s been a while since our last post, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy at work. We are just a couple weeks away from breaking ground and the past month has been filled with getting subs lined up and working with the buyers on selections. Lots of work, but lots of fun too!

In addition, we re-examined the layouts on Bmajor and completely revamped the 2nd floor to minimize hallways and provide a clear-cut walk in closet. Our favorite part of this new design is the laundry pass-through between the closet and the Washer/Dryer closet and the walk in closet itself. You can view the floor plan here
