26 Jan Plumbing and Framing

We’ve entered the “important, but not too sexy” portion of finishing the homes. Over the past week and half, all between floor plumbing connections (over 40 in each house) have been done for our sold units and work began in earnest to finish the plumbing connections in the lower levels now that the laterals and water are installed. Framing of the lower levels and preparing the rest of the house for sheet rock under stairs has also been completed. Moving forward, electrical, sprinkler, and HVAC connections need to be wrapped up and then we can rock the lower levels and any access panels upstairs. Let’s just hope that this current snow storm is the last for the season (wishful thinking).
