On-site, the large excavator completed the majority of excavation and a mini-excavator is now in place to fine tune the excavation and help set the stone. In the factory, roof trusses that will make up the pitch of the roof patio are being installed and the stairwells to the roofs are now framed out. On the inside of the homes, rough-outs are nearly complete on several of the homes and drywall is nearly ready for joint compound.
