22 Feb Groundbreaking

After several delays by Mother Nature, groundbreaking on Bminor commenced today with the start of deconstruction of the current building.  Over the next week or so, the existing 2-story home will be taken down by hand so that many of the materials can be re-used in the new home.  Bricks will be cleaned and used for the new facade, and the beams and joists will get new lives as exposed architectural features.
